We collect only the data necessary to audit, quote, and provide our web engineering, cybersecurity, and AI services. This includes: corporate contact data (name, email, phone) and infrastructure data strictly necessary for service execution.
We use your corporate information to: respond to technical requests, prepare architecture proposals, execute contracted services (development, pentesting, monitoring), and manage billing and compliance.
The legal basis for processing is the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your express consent when submitting a request through our channels (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We keep your data for the duration of the commercial and operational relationship. Subsequently, it will be kept blocked for the periods required by applicable legislation to address potential legal responsibilities.

Kodia does not commercialize, rent, or transfer data to third parties for advertising purposes. The only transfers are made to cloud infrastructure providers strictly necessary for service provision, covered under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
